The EMOS Secretariat is pleased to announce the EMOS session at the uRos 2026 – Use of R in Official Statistics conference which will take place in Paris, France, from 18 to 20 November 2026.
The EMOS session at uRos 2026 will offer EMOS students and recent EMOS graduates an opportunity to present their work in an international professional setting and exchange with colleagues and experts working with R in official statistics.
Are you an EMOS student or a recent EMOS graduate who has developed a project using R? Would you like to present your work, share your experience with the community, and learn from specialists in the field? If so, we warmly encourage you to submit an abstract to the conference.
EMOS students and recent EMOS graduates may apply for a sponsorship to attend the uRos under the EMOS Mobility Programme.
4 sponsorings are available. In the sponsoring selection process, priority will be given to applications with an active contribution to the event and applications that would foster cross-border mobility. It is therefore advised to highlight in the application if a contribution to the conference has been accepted.
